I recently used D M S Architecture to draw my double storey extension plans, obtain planning permission, building regulation drawings and submitting a building control application and I must say the process has been seamless, even in the face of Covid uncertainty and upheaval. Mat my designated architect went above and beyond to not only ensure the process was completed as per my instructions, but to also ensure I fully understood each step of the process. I was kept up to speed with progress at every stage of the process and Mat demonstrated the utmost patience with me, someone that had little knowledge of the planning process and certainly someone that had never set out on a project of this scale before. I was able to make contact day or night with queries and always received responses within minutes, often out of office hours.
