Just wow. Perfect pastries. Buttery laminated layers, soft, flakey, and crisp. Everything we tried had well balanced flavours and fillings. The coffee almond croissant was insanely good. As was the zataar and feta swirl. To be honest, everything was. Also, everything is baked and shaped right there so you can see the process if you want.

Best bakery in the North West, just unbelievably good. The staff were very friendly (as it was our first visit) and the bread and pastries we picked up were incredible. Would highly recommend the coffee, chocolate and almond croissant! Best of luck to the team, look forward to popping in again more often soon! 👏😊

I simply loved their dishes. I always get fantastic customer service here. The place is clean and the staff members are always very welcoming. Will come back again.

First of all there system is really different, there is a buffet where you can get your choose of salad. The waiters come to your table and cut the meat in front of you like the picture shown below. The waiters and waitresses come from different countries. They always have a smile when they approach you. Also they speak in a mannerly way and there really polite. After the food they served us with a very healthy cinnamon and pineapple snack. The whole thing was just the style of Brazil and it was amazing

Went to Solita to pick up for date outside in the car and it was absolutely the dogs balls! Definitely coming back soon. The Big Manc and KFB burgers are highly recommended. Delicious!

What a find! Decided to eat at Solita on our last night in Manchester, pictures don’t do the food justice, everything was so fresh and service was excellent. Read an article suggesting the burgers were up there with the best in the UK……confirmed! Top level scran and still offering a discount to people eating out Monday to Wednesday in September!
