Amazing band. Chose to have them at our wedding after seeing them at 2 other friends’ wedding and after a 3 year wait they were even better than we expected! When you describe your wedding band as being a “brass band that covers main stream music” they look at you like you’re mad, but within minutes of them playing everyone loved it. Really skilled and loads of interaction with our guests too. Many described them as the “best wedding band they’ve ever seen” ! (:

We are Groove Manuva, a modern pop, rock, funk and indie wedding & party band for hire comprising of some of the best musicians in the north of England. The band are based in Manchester & Leeds and play around 50-100 events per year all over the UK. We aim to be flexible in providing exactly what you need for your specific event, appearing as anything from a 4 piece band to an 8 piece. We play at all sorts of amazing events – corporate events, weddings and parties all year round. The band played our wedding in July and were absolutely brilliant! The dance floor was packed and the set list was just what we wanted. We had so many comments from guests on the day and since about how fantastic they were. We looked at so many bands but after seeing GM’s YouTube videos and speaking to Mitch, we had no hesitation in booking them. They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. Also, we’d highly recommend the five-piece band – the saxophonist was fantastic and having two great vocalists made the sets even better.
Thanks to Mitch and the band for making the evening so memorable!
This band is amazing!!! We hired Groove Manuva for our wedding and they just made the evening reception rock. Their cover of “Happy” by Bruce Springsteen for our first dance was so magical and a perfect moment for myself and my husband. They went on to do two sets which had loads of people up dancing. All through the night our guests would come and tell us how brilliant the band were and ask where we found them as they were that good!. At the end of the night they not only did one encore but two!
I cannot praise the band enough, from their choice of music to the way they interacted with the guests and performed.They certainly added to our amazing day and made it even more special . Thank you so much for making our wedding day so memorable.
