Lovely sales team, friendly and helpful. Did not stock many princess beds but had the one we wanted online.
What a great experience, helpful staff with plenty of knowledge on which mattress was suitable for your individual needs, we wasn’t rushed at all and was left alone to make our decision without feeling pressure… And added bonus 2free pillows on delivery! excellent service all round.
Bought a bed years ago from here and now during the pandemic. Quality, prices and customer service is still top notch after so many years! Testament to the nice people who run this business I think. Anyway, delivery was prompt, great selection in store and online and they even take the old one!

Went here a couple of weeks ago to buy a bed. All staff were polite & friendly. Adam that served us deserves a medal as I took my 13yr old daughter with me as the bed was for her. Adam was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable & gave great advice with absolutely no sales pressure.

Had a really lovely experience shopping here with Adam Beddows- he was incredibly helpful and gave us great advice regarding beds and mattresses, went above and beyond to help. Thanks Adam.
Lou a member of staff was very informative, friendly and bubbly. Customer service is good. The store was clean and had safety measures.
