Brought in a Rad Rhino electric bike for a check over / service at the Train Station branch. Matt looked after me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great price too. Sorted my bike in no time at all. Highly recommend this place.
Toby and Matt are so lovely! I’ve taken my bike there twice already and they’ve resolved the issue so quickly and efficiently. This time I needed a new wheel, and they managed to repair it a a day so that I didn’t have to wait until the next week.
After being let down by another cycle repair place, I urgently needed new brake pads installing, and they made time the very next morning when I called them at around 3pm, even at an especially busy time for cycle shops.

Not one for reviews, either reading or writing them but felt I really needed to show support for this fantastic local business and for Dylan for being not only the wheel Jedi master he is, but also for being an all round great guy!
I ordered some black 14g, 12mm spoke nipples on a Thursday at 14.55pm and they arrived at 11am in the post the next morning. Great service for a small business like myself, highly recommend Dylan and PIM Cycles.
