Another excellent stay for my boys Johnny and Jethro. Can’t praise this cattery enough. I never have to worry about the boys while I’m away as I know they are quite content with Zoe and the team looking after them. Lovely clean place with large housing area. They love that their beds are raised off the floor and all the cuddles and attention that they get while they’re there. Would definitely recommend

Wonderful boarding kennel for dogs – very caring staff and reassuring, dogs are given frequent plays in the gated run and you can tell the staff love and care for each one.

Our 21year old cat stayed again for a week whilst we were away. Tom and his wife are brilliant!! They look after her so very well and pander to her every whim! I know that she is always cared for so very carefully with lots of loves and cuddles. I can not say enough in praise, this is a 5 star cattery.

What We Offer:

We are a fully licensed Kennels and Cattery which provides accommodation set within 75 acres of country side. We also provide a large outdoor paddock in which your dog has the freedom to run off the lead, play with a favourite toy or just simply have a sniff around. The Kennels and Cattery are heated and a vet bed supplied which is laundered daily. Snuggle pads and heat lamps are also provided in the cattery to give instant, long lasting warmth. Dry food and meat is provided alongside a variety of treats throughout the day. Water is changed regular and we feed twice daily, however, we work around your routine therefore if your dog or cat wants more or less food portions we will accommodate their needs.

Absolutely 1st class care of my Maltese dog Blue. Would highly recommend.

I put my dog in for first time and I was nervous but I had nothing to worry about. He was fine. I will definitely use again soo.

Amazing place, I won’t board my dogs or cat anywhere else! Staff are friendly and animal orientated and I take my queue from the dogs who begin wagging their tails on the way down the track! Highly recommended.

I started Amanda’s Pet Palace with an aim to offer pet boarding services that are personalised to meet the requirements of pets and pet owners. I am DBS checked, Leeds City Council licensed and hold two BSc degrees. I have been looking after dogs since childhood and have a real passion for animals. I have cared for dogs and cats with different personalities and can work with aggressive and shy pets. I strive to offer a home from home service for your dog while he or she is boarding with me; giving them lots of cuddles and playtime and you the peace of mind while you are away. I’ve been helping to train dogs for over a year and like to take a positive reward based approach considering dogs individual needs.

We did an overnight trial for our golden retriever and Amanda was great with him and brilliant at keeping us updated. You could see when we picked him up that he’d had a fab time and lived being there. The only shame for us is that our big lad isn’t a fan of the dog walking van which means Amanda would struggle to take him during the week, otherwise I’d love for her to be able to look after him for longer stays.

Amanda looked after our Labrador, Lennon, for a week. He had a fantastic time with Amanda. We were kept up to date with photos of Lennons adventures and Amanda kept me informed of how he was doing. Would definitely recommend, and would be happy to use again.

We booked Amanda for a training session to help our rescue dog Jimmy overcome some of his anxiety issues and over excitement. Amanda was fab and worked with myself and Jimmy taking the time get to know what was going on for him and she taught us some techniques to keep him calm and engage his brain. We have been using the techniques everyday and it is really helping to tire him out and keep him a lot calmer. Thank you.
