Communication is excellent via both email and phone, there were a couple of occasions when I called to confirm a couple of things and every time the call was picked up and the gentleman on the other end was always so helpful. Even when he was busy he would stop everything to answer my questions.
Fantastic experience using these guys. Very punctual, very reasonable prices and the team are a real nice bunch of guys. My daughter LOVED the castle we had and I think we may have started something, so you can expect my repeat business.
Was searching for ideas for my kids birthday and who doesn’t love a bouncy castle. Was recommended these guys by a friend and was not disappointed. Service was excellent, answered all question I had and the extra ones the other half always finds.
