Got there early and it was clean, organised and fairly quiet which was great for a toddler. Had a nice cuppa and a sausage sarnie whilst the wee one played. She had great fun!
Visit here regularly with my son as he enjoys it. Just a few things after visiting often, was concerned a few weeks back a child got out and had to be chased after by the parent. These sort of settings this shouldn’t happen. 
Certainly one of the regions best indoor play areas. The staff are tentative, Value for money for the time you can spend there and it’s great that you get to see entertainers perform which is included in the door entry.

Planet Play is a fun and interactive soft play centre in Solihull.  We provided a safe, fun, friendly environment to keep the children entertained and the parents relaxed. The play area is designed for children up to 4ft 10 tall with a separate designated toddler area for the smaller ones. A full hot and cold food menu is available alongside barista tea and coffees and refreshing cold drinks.

Although the children loved it , and the food was ok for the price I was very concerned about the lack of sanitiser . Only one contained any and none by the entrance. Unfortunately the girls toilets were filthy and there was no hot water available at all in any of the toilets Only a cold tap working. In the current climate I found it very worrying

Came here in the week day with my 3 year old. It was quiet and pleasant. My daughter loved it. Brought her back her on Saturday and it was busy. Kids running riot. It put my daughter off going in because she is so small and timid

We had a 20 child party here in August and they had a great time, two hours in total with play time, hot food and party bags. All for a decent price. According to those there it is the better of the soft play centres in the area to go to.

Lovely play centre. Had my daughters 1st Birthday party here and the staff were very attentive. Lovely party room, quick service and my daughter was treated like a princess. The best part… no mess to clean at the end! Honestly it took the stress of birthday parties away, wonderful.
Average play area for kids. A little too expensive, for an hour and a half’s play. Good selection of food and drinks and fair prices. No toilet roll in the toilets. 
The best soft play in the area. Clean, fun, loads to do, quick service with a smile. Its always busy but the staff always work so hard to keep everything moving! Lovely place.
