We instructed Mincoffs on a recent property sale and purchase – Emma Liddle and Jane Ashworth were excellent. Looking back, we are just so impressed with how they both navigated a bit of a potentially tricky situation with such efficient and calm professionalism. They were fantastic. I had a house sale and purchase managed by Gordon Sursham at Mincoffs and I could not recommend him enough – particularly realised how lucky I was when I had to use another local firm due to a conflict of interest. Overall very good experience. Quick, professional, clear — while we didn’t have many questions, when we did Tom (who was our solicitor) was always very quick to reply with all details we needed.
