I would give them 6 stars if I could, they did a full rewire out my house 2 years ago and were totally considerate to the fact we had to live in the house while it was being done. Recently my boiler sprang a leak and they were quick and honest and got us up and running in 20 minutes.

Neil attended the property, his quote came across as the most genuine, professional and reliable. He attended twice, once to completely rewire and move the fuse box to another location, and another time to fit and move a nest thermostat and plus and light socket. Despite the job being more complicated than initially anticipated (having to get through a 2 foot concrete step) Neil did it with a smile and within the agreed time. I would not use anyone else again.

 

Reliable and professional service. Neil was very polite, thorough and friendly. We had various electrical jobs that needed doing around the house – outside lights and sockets, floodlight, ring doorbell, electric shower etc. All these jobs were carried out very promptly and tidily, very neat work. The Hi-Spec team were exceptionally good with their communication and did what they said they would well. Both the admin staff and electricians themselves were polite, helpful and tidy! It has been really hard to get trades work done in the pandemic, due to several reasons, and we’ve been let down by a lot of services, with no communication.
We had to wait a short while for Hi-Spec to be available, and we needed to pay upfront, but then this did secure them actually completing the work well, which is all we wanted! Would recommend and use again

We’ve just moved to the area and wanted an EICR on the property, Paul and Amanda were so friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions really quickly. They managed to get us booked in within the week. Both guys who came out to conduct the report were brilliant, I know one guy was Stuart (sorry I didn’t catch the other guys name ) they were both informative and punctual. We received the report the same day, and were offered a quote for repairs with no obligation, but of course we’ll be booking Hi-Spec to come and complete the works!! Thank you everyone 🙂

I used Hi-Spec recently for a fuse board upgrade and I can honestly say the service from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. The guys were so helpful and knowledgeable. From the first point of contact with Amanda in the office she was clear and precise in what was going to happen. Stuart the electrician arrived at my home and immediately made me feel at ease. Sometimes tradesman can be a bit messy and unhelpful but Stuart was brilliant and a barrel of laughs. I will definitely be using Hi-Spec again in the future!

What a great experience. An oasis of great service, quality work and helpful advice. Matt should be cloned and used as the standard for all tradesmen. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for electrical work. I often wish he did plumbing, roofing and landscaping
as well. But he doesn’t ( unless he’s keeping it quiet). He just does electrical work brilliantly.
