Our group really enjoyed this escape room which we completed in October 2021. We’ve done a number of similar challenges previously and this one didn’t disappoint. It’s very good value too, would recommend.
Had a great experience, really cool puzzle with a bonus for completing it quickly. Friendly game master too.
I loved the theme and the room. The staff were friendly and the group had a great time. One issue though is this is impossible to find! The building looks like a residential block and the locals didnt know it existed.

Puzzlair is one of the first established Escape Room businesses in the UK and definitely the first one in Bristol, it was started with only 2 games back in 2013. Today we are the biggest one in Bristol with 6 unique rooms at two different locations. We can host up to 31 people at once, which makes us ideal choice for team buildings, hen or stag parties or bigger family gatherings.

Fabulous and fun nights out! Greta is a great puzzle master; friendly, enthusiastic and up for a laugh. Our team has done Poltergeist (watch out for the unexpected. We screamed a lot, and Prison Van was great; very realistic. Get involved.
The puzzles are quite challenging which is a good thing, and the staff are helpful & friendly – but for me the decor was quite disappointing – it was really just a bare room with wooden crates and a shelf of objects. I would have expected more thought would have gone into creating a convincing and exciting atmosphere. Just to note – the puzzles are brain based, there aren’t any physical activities like you’d get on the crystal maze.
Great start to a stag. 3 if us went in one room 4 in the other. All talking about how great it was in the pub after. Didn’t know what to expect and loved it. Cleverly put together and both teams made it out with only a few minutes remaining.

Our team had the pleasure of trialing out one of the new Clue HQ escape rooms based at Laser Fusion last week. It was a total blast, friendly people and a great design. We totally recommend it as a fun team building challenge.
My mates and I went to this yesterday for my birthday and it was the best thing we have ever done. we were VERY late due to finding parking and the staff was understanding about it. The staff was lovely so polite and a good laugh.
Friendly staff, great game space and cleaning stations throughout the site.
