Fantastic service even on a small order. Gary managed to get a next day delivery from his wholesaler for a specific style of 80th birthday balloons. He then, for a very reasonable fee, delivered them to the restaurant before we arrived to dine. Highly recommend. Thank you for helping make my Mum’s day so special

Thank you Neville!! After calling Hobby Craft and Card Factory and being met with less than helpful answers, I called Smiffy’s Bold Street. A nice lady said she’d count the balloon sticks, find out the price and call me back – already great service! But then Neville, who I assume is the Manager, went above and beyond and actually went out to acquire some more balloon sticks for me! What a star. Great service. Thank you!!!
Amazing shop if you are looking for costumes, gets very busy over Halloween we had to queue so maybe try going a bit earlier
Very helpful staff. DONT FORGET TO GO DOWNSTAIRS! Most people miss that bit but i got all of my items down there
