We’d just moved into our new house and the back garden had a small fence which was a bit worse for wear, and after speaking to our neighbours we all agreed on replacing it with a taller fence. The guys from Newcastle Pro Fencing were amazing from start to finish – we got a quote which was really good value and with no pressure to commit there and then which I really appreciate. What did they do so well and why the recommendation?

 

They built a garden fence that suited my garden and a garden that gave them a host of challenges. They had to contend with decking, paving slabs, a wall, several fern stumps with roots and an underground drain.

 

Throughout the engagement from quotation to delivery their communication was first class. They did what they promised whether it was to send the quotation promptly as they told me, contact me a few days before they started to check we were okay for them to start and most importantly built a quality fence that I and my two neighbours on either side of my garden were delighted with.

 

There communication during the work was thoughtful with them informing me what they were doing and when they come across the host of challenges, they faced they came up with ideas and suggestions to overcome them.

 

In summary they are professional, reliable, great communicators, punctual, extremely hard working, and damn good fence builders

Anthony had done 3 of our fences and has always been a very professional and friendly guy, always finding solutions to obstacles that have cropped up in the job. I’ve been really pleased with the fences which have transformed our back garden. On a side note he noticed our drain was coming away from the wall and fixed it for us! Great guy, including his workmen, highly recommend.

Excellent from start to finish. Tony was quick to quote and no delays from start date given. Communicated throughout the job and completed on time. Overall excellent service and quality workmanship would definitely recommend.

Tony came and gave me quote for fencing damaged due to high winds. He lifted up the damaged fence from alleyway, which was causing an obstruction. Placed it back in my garden.
May I just say how grateful I was. As I couldn’t of managed my self and other fencing companies who came on. Just walked over it.
