B Jenkins & Sons was the choice of my father in-law Ted who sadly passed away in September . From the very beginning Gary made my wife and myself feel really comfortable discussing all aspects of the funeral arrangements and carried them out exactly as we wished, Gary had a way of making light of awkward conversation . All staff were very professional and very sympathetic to the whole family. Firstly I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Jo and her team at Kane Funeral directors on Breck Rd, Anfield. Our family have been through a really difficult time these past three months, we lost both our parents just six weeks apart, the dignity and respect they showed both my parents and our family was amazing. They helped us every step of the way. My family couldn’t be more grateful.
Jo and all the team have been fantastic with us we lost our dad on the 19th December and due to Christmas and covid had to wait till the 18th of January unfortunately 10 days later my mum passsed away .we had to wait another 4 weeks for my mums funeral and in all the time we have known jo she was absolutely brilliant she arranged everything for my mum we didn’t have to do a thing i would recommend them to anyone they are fantastic at what they do

Having been so delighted with the funeral provided for our beloved Mum in May last year, no second thought was needed before arranging the funeral of a much loved aunt yesterday. Once again the service provided by every member of the team was exemplary. We were treated with real empathy at every stage and our aunt was handled and treated with absolute respect. Although only a small funeral, every attention was given to every detail, with some lovely touches along the way from Carl who conducted the cortège. Pricing is clear and fair and any questions answered quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend Debbie and her team.
A funeral is something that thankfully people do not have to organise regularly. Faced with a death in your family and the initial grief and shock, feelings soon turn to “what do I have to do? There is so much to organise” one phone call to Debbie Bennett and everything was under control. Every staff member, phone call and meeting was dealt with sensitivity and professionalism. You felt all the stress and worry was taken off your shoulders and nothing was too much trouble. Extremely fairly priced for the service you receive and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend should you be in the unfortunate position to need a funeral director.
From the first call until the day of the funeral, Debbie Bennett’s have made a hard process a whole lot easier. Ali looked after us from the minute we entered their premises, and advised on things that we would never had thought of, we literally didn’t have to do another thing as they organised everything. On the day of the funeral we had John who led the way, checking that we were okay throughout the day. The empathy we were showed as a family from the whole team was second to none and as a family we have no hesitation in recommending their services.
