Fantastic equipment John who is the father who you will find there most days is so polite and as helpful and he keeps the place immaculate as he can opens early doors. Good clean showers Natalie who’s gym it is also does p.t, is helpful for those who need it Stuart who also runs the gym is a Mr Universe again always informative if needed will add some pics of gym shortly.
Always happy when I come to train here the staff are friendly and to be honest so are the people that come to this gym I always feel very very comfortable and everyone is very approachable even though it is a gym you can definitely feel the family energy in this gym 💪🏾
Really great gym but only if your a serious lifter.
