Having completed this many years ago, I thought I would go back and get some of the lockdown weight off It was great to see that the diet meal plan has improved and has more options on it compared to previous times. This has made the six weeks go by much quicker! The sessions are more varied as well which also helps you to stick to the plan! You don’t notice yourself getting fitter at first but everyone else does!
I completed Elite with my husband, i had some concerns before joining, but honestly is one of the best things i have done. With the support of Ewan and Jade I completed the programme, meal plan and all the exercise classes. I recommend anyone who is thinking about it to do it! The support is fanatastic and i was even supported through an injury.Today, i did my final weigh in and lost 20lb. Thank you Elite Newcastle
