Following a severe personal trauma, I started to meet with Laura on a weekly basis. I cannot thank her enough for how much she has helped me start recovering from an very upsetting incident, as well as helping me to deal with some other issues that I have carried with me over a long period of time.I felt very comfortable with Laura from the off and found her to be both professional and incredibly supportive. She is an excellent listener, empathetic to my feelings and has provided me with coping strategies for my particular trauma. She has also helped me build up my confidence levels and feel more in control of my life in general.
In respect of what happened to me, I know that seeing Laura has most definitely got me through an incredibly difficult few months and I would have no hesitation in recommending her as someone to talk to.

Have used this service on and off for the last 2 years, both counsellors are very professional and helpful, you can tell they both truly care about the work they do and want to help others. Dave is extremely good at helping you realise solutions to ongoing issues, also very accommodating in regards to appointments, he has helped me so much over the last few years and I would highly recommend him to anybody.

I have attended two conferences organised by Dave. The events were very well run both practically and from a human communication level. Dave acted with a high level of integrity throughout the events, showing great concern for the wellbeing of the people attending. He is a warm and kind person with strong relating skills. As a fellow counsellor it has been of real value to work with him at the conference and learn from the experience. With gratitude. Hazel Honeyman-Smith
