An important part in your journey to finding a therapist is trying to get a feel for them through your research. One of the strengths in my approach is my ability to generate warmth, friendliness and to put you at ease. Feeling comfortable and confident will help accelerate the therapeutic process. Underpinning the above is an in-depth understanding of the latest scientific interventions that are proven most effective. Having trained as a Counsellor I went on to complete a BSc in Psychotherapy and later an MSc in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy.  Studying research have enabled me to broaden my techniques and develop creative and collaborative approaches that support bespoke client centered approaches.
