Since I was at the point where a vet with a rasp for a horse or a builder with a good tool kit would have been a welcome sight, it could be suspected that I would be inclined to be easily pleased, but this emergency appointment was first rate in every way. I felt cared for from when I first spoke with the staff on the ‘phone, when I was feeling very sore and pretty desperate. Everyone related to me as a real person. I felt listened to, thought about and involved in the decision making. And I loved the video. Thank you so very much for making the sun shine again.
