Excellent service, never let me down yet. Delivery drivers are always friendly and I have rang them a few times to ask about the medication, always willing to help and explain what I may need and how to take it. Recommended to all my local my family and friends.

Staff are polite, quick and communicate clearly every time we need their assistance. I also had my 2nd covid jab here and it was a very positive experience as opposed to the one at the city hospital where I was treated just like a number. Riverside pharmacy staff actually listened to me, gave me their time and the lady was genuinely kind, calm and supportive. This whole covid thing vaccination took its toll on me but you helped me regain the faith in high standard health care and humanity. Thank you. I received excellent service from this pharmacy yesterday (16th May 2022). I called in to enquire whether I was eligible for a 4th dose of the Covid vaccine and it turned out that I was. The wonderful pharmacist (Harvey) calmly explained everything that I needed to know, took me into a consulting room and gave me the jab there and then! I’d been told by my nurse that Harvey is “lovely” and she was right, he is. Caring, courteous, friendly and totally professional. Just what you want in a pharmacist.
Yes this is a excellent chemist that I can definitely recommend very friendly people and always helpful with no mistakes which is the most important thing. 👍
The head pharmacist is a very kind, helpful and patient man.
