Joe responded to my cry for help when my house alarm began acting up! He came, fixed the issue and also spent time ensuring my alarm was set-up and operating correctly! 5 stars, will use again and recommend to my family and friends!
I have recently had Joe fit me a auto watch cat 1 alarm for my work van, he was very helpful from first contact for advice and costs and a solution that I needed to booking the work in and fitting the system. A very polite man and fantastic workmanship and the service was great. I have now got him pricing me up an upgrade on my current home alarm system.
We have used Joe’s services before on other vehicles,he arrived on time , Joe was very noligable and very helpful, lovely bloke he installed an upgrade car alarm on our vw t5.1 ,also explained all the information on how it worked .would definitely recommend him to anyone

Excellent company to work with. Ashely came to survey my property and was very friendly and helpful, Lisa also provided fantastic support and guidance through the process. Shane the engineer was really helpful and knowledgeable about the system, and walked me through everything nothing was too much trouble for him and was very tidy with his work.
I contacted Mercury Fire and Security for a quote to carry out burglar alarm maintenance works required at a commercial unit in Nottingham. Ashley attended the site urgently as I’d requested and was very helpful on the day. A quotation was provided by Lisa who was very responsive via email answering all my questions before arranging two separate site visits as required.
I can highly recommend Mercury for their speed and professionalism in our hour of need. Cctv fitted in excellent time, and work carried out with a very professional attitude.
