I love this shop, had a look in the other day as I hadn’t been in for a while, some fabulous shoes pumps and sandals in and the sales on now so some bargains to be had.

We took our Daughter for her first shoes today & we were served by Jordan, who measured & advised on some pre-walkers. She was super friendly with us & especially our little girl. We bought two pairs & Jordan gave us a keepsake picture ‘my first shoes’

Popped into shop on Saturday for a bit of advice on a pair of boots I bought that were rubbing my ankles. Gerry couldn’t have been more helpful, superb customer service as always. He fitted some heel protectors and advised me on what cream to buy to massage into the heels.General chat was interesting, so much so I purchased a pair of suede trainers.Would definitely recommend this store to any Loake virgins, top class.

Incredible service, very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. I was offered a complementary shine for my shoes (they really needed it), great advice on what style to go for, and some free polish. They were neither pushy nor condescending, and I got exactly what I wanted. Will definitely return. Thank you!
