When the beauty bar opened, I had a taster of a firming facial and it was so good that I booked a regular session with Hannah and I was amazed how good my facial was, she made the experience so enjoyable, my skin felt wonderful and I will definitely be back.

Lovely relaxing facial from Emily. The girls at Clarins John Lewis (Newcastle) are fantastic. So helpful and pleasant. It’s always such a treat.

Friendly and business like. Felt as thought she cared I was getting the correct products suitable to me.

Small but mighty!. Quite a nice small sized spa with nearly all the facilities.. Includes a 10 meter pool, jacuzzi, steam room all in a relaxing environment.  It’s inside Crown plaza hotel so upstairs you get access to modern restaurant and bar with 15% discount for members of the spa.

I’ve never used another gym so can’t compare. It’s small though (the gym). Jacuzzi is lush. Pool is nice for relaxing. Too small to swim properly in though. There’s a steam room and massage rooms too

Nice, food lovely. Massages were very good but didn’t feel there was enough to the spa. Felt too small for amount of people there. Not enough seats/loungers.

Had an hour of a couple massage with my Mrs today. The place was clean and spacious and had the traditional Thai oil massage with hot stones. It was fabulous. The staff were friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend it to everyone and can’t wait to go back again

A very friendly and enjoyable experience. I felt so relaxed during the massage and utterly great for the whole day afterward. Excellent!

Staffs are friendly and nice. Thai massage are definitely amazing!!! They would ask about the strengthness. The best in Newcastle. Definitely coming back again.
