Recently bought tennis trainers had a manufacturing stitching fault. Blue Bloods swapped it out for a new pair no problem! Super friendly and helpful! Will be a returning customer for sure.
Blue blood has exceptional customer relations. I was abroad when I ordered my sons school jumper from them. Then I got stuck by COVID 19 restrictions- my host country had shut its airspace to international flights. I called and Dale Harris brilliantly handled the process of ensuring delivery was re routed to my sisters house.
I’ve been in this store a number of times and the customer service is always excellent. Feels very personal with a good natured approach. On a personal level they went above and beyond to sort out some team wear for me which turned our better than expected.

I really enjoy going to this shop being a cricket fan it is a very nice place to go for anything. I did purchase some cricket balls from them just before lockdown and refunded them in June a year later and they refunded me with no problems. They are also helpful and know their product and all the intricacies of the sports they dabble in and in all of what they sell. They are also happy to help whenever you have a question about a product and they are knowledgeable too.
Great place to get printed logos for my work clothes..and a good price. Would highly recommend
Friendly staff, needed a cricket bat knocking in for the next day which isn’t usually possible. He sorted me out in time for the game the next day. Very helpful for first timers to the sport picking gear etc. Reasonably priced and lots of selection.
