We were very satisfied with the Homebuyers Report from Mason Wright. It was very detailed and helped us to decide on other non-related surveys we should undertake before progressing with the property purchase. Staff who we spoke to were lovely and the survey itself was competitively priced.

I am a private landlord and have used a number of different companies for home surveys over the last a few years. I can safely say that my far the best and most comprehensive survey that I have received was from Mason Wright Associates. Lots of photos and useful insights into the shortcomings of the property in question. Very comprehensive!

Very reasonable price throughly surveyed everywhere very nice man and I got a full 85 page document of my house worth every penny would highly recommend and the secutary was very polite on phone and very helpful with any questions nothing was to much thankyou.

Second time I have instructed Allcott Associates and frankly I wouldn’t use anyone else. Mr David Allcot is an expert who puts you at ease and gives really helpful advice alongside the actual report. His experience is self evident as he carries out his inspection and discusses the issues, which makes you feel confident in his advice. I have referred to him for advice regarding historical subsidence and an attic conversion project.

Fit in a survey with an impressive turnaround given the market. Price was reasonable. Survey was comprehensive and the surveyor responded quickly to follow up questions. I would definitely recommend.

A timely and thorough service on a Level 3 building survey. Very quick response to follow-up questions. Would recommend.
