My experience with this company was outstanding. Great communication, transparent pricing, excellent service. Craig was very professional and delivered the valuation report on time. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Has to be a glowing 5 star review. I instructed Jacob and the team to value a plot of land I purchased and help me negotiate with the council who had their own valuation. I’m glad I did get a second opinion, it saved me over 20 percent of the asking price from the council. Absolute pleasure to deal with and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

Just had a property survey done by Ben.. Absolutely amazing.. So much detail. From the chimney pots all the way down to the driveway. So much valuable information.. Didn’t really understand what went into a house building survey.. Plus photos.. Would highly recommend

Really happy with the report & service received. This was my first time commissioning a surveyors report but I shared it with family members who said it was incredibly thorough. The staff were also very helpful when we had some questions for the surveyor to directly address in his report, the message was swiftly passed on & attention was given to our queries. I would recommend Allcott Associates.
would have liked to of known that the survey had been carried out on the day instead of having to email a day or so later to to sure it had gone ahead. Other than that though it went as planned and the quality of the survey was really good. No complaints and I would recommend of each day nothing was too much trouble.
Very friendly and helpful from my initial contact through to receiving the report. All done within a good timeframe and at a reasonable cost – I’m really pleased with the service
